Special Delivery
A week ago on Friday I got another delivery, so happy with the original beer I received, I needed more. It included some beer I had had before as well as some new types, including 3 types of cider: regular, dry and cloudy.
There were also three special individual imperial stouts included. Ranging in cost from $16, $25 and beyond (bottles not pictured).
The stouts are such an event that they required me to go pick up a couple of glasses from Peter's of Kensington today. This place blew me away, I was expecting a medium sized store but it was jam packed full of everything you could imagine, complete with burly security guards and narrow walkways with pushy customers.
Right at this moment i'm trying the cider though, I started off with the dry version, then the cloudy and finishing up with the regular version last.
Regular is similar to what I had from the couple I had a couple of weeks ago, nearly identical. The cloudy is a nice variation though and is also as delicious :D, definitely on par with each other. The dry was also good but the other 2 trump it, cloudy and regular are definitely my favourites (both pictured).
Really enjoying cider right now especially with the summer season coming up.
