Mangoes

I don't know what i've been doing the past few years, but one thing is for sure, it hasn't been eating mangoes.
Mangoes are in season at the moment and for some reason I just haven't thought to eat them until now, so I bought a couple and their flesh is so deliciously sweet and juicy. I was probably originally put off by them at a young age.
Thinking about how I can use them in some kind of dessert for summer...
