4 Pines is a brewing company with a microbrewery in Manly where they sell beer and food on-site. It's right near Manly Wharf and the cinema, a prime location for any establishment.

I had heard great things about 4 Pines before I came here for dinner on thursday and it definately lived up to expectations.

First and foremost, every single one of the staff members were warm and welcoming, in a happy mood wanting to make your night a fun one.

The beer on tap was also great, we had a few tasting racks, which the staff made a huge deal of (in a funny way) when we ordered them since they are so time consuming to prepare.

They also had one speciality beer on tap which was Christmas themed with lots of spicing, this was my favourite on the night.

Food was a mixed affair, the fish and chips didn't rate well, while the eye fillet was excellent, the rest of the experience more than made up for it though with the beer being the main attraction.

We also had a mixed plate of meat and cheese to share, there was some kind of fig paste or jam served with it that was really nice, I recommend trying this.

I'll definately be heading back here next time i'm in Manly and thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
