A sampling of beer
During the week I received a hand delivery sampling of beer from a friend which he brews himself.
The one I sampled first was a strawberry blond (pictured middle), it has the smooth subtle flavour of strawberries with a beautiful colour, both in the bottle and the glass.
The darker beer on the right is described as 'caramelly', 'chocolately, coffee but not coffee... more like mocha flavours', which definitely fits the description, its stunning.
The one on the left is a cider, perfectly balanced, not too sweet nor too dry, it tastes just right.
